Not sure if this is handled by evang but it's worth a shot.

I just bought a new Epson printer (Stylus Color 880) and on windows, I ran the
CD and the installer went ok. However when I went to click on the "View
documentation" button on their installer, it sputtered for a bit and then said
that I must have either Netscape or IE installed in a modal dialog. I had both
IE and Netscape4 installed.

If I switch my default browser to IE or to NS4, it loads fine. So it seems to
only not load when Mozilla is the browser. Going thru the CD directory
contents, finding the folder with the HTML and loading the index.html manually
works and the page looks as it would in NS or IE so I'm not sure why they are
blocking it.
