STR:

1. Go to Review page of an app.
2. Review using different actions (escalation, more info, comment, reject, disable, high abuse).

Expected:

The notes are visible from the Communication Dashboard. 

NOTE:

If the note is an Escalation note or comment, only reviewers and not the developer should be able to see the notes from the Communication Dashboard.

what is the 'Actual' now?  Some of the actions show up at least.

Actual:

Only Approve, Reject, Disable, More Info, Reviewer Comment, Commit, App Resubmission actions are accounted for.

Comm is off on -dev right now, I'll turn it back on once the comm note migration finishes and leave a note here.

Also, Escalation notes and Comments are not seen by the developer, only by the reviewer.
