 Regression: Not reproduce on 1.1 Buri.
 
 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 always show capital characters on keyboard
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1. enter any pages that have input field to input some thing, keyboard called up.
 2. will find all characters on keyboard are capital, no any change after press capital-switching button. 
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 show capital or lower-case characters correspond to capital-switching status.
