 Created an attachment (id=530057)
 logcat
 
 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 no shutdown flash when  play media in full screen
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1、launch http://imps.tcl-ta.com and choose a streaming media to play
 2、tap screen and play the media in full screen
 3、long press powerkey and turn off the device
 4、no shutdown flash->KO
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 shutdown flash should be normal

This feels like a vendor problem.

Are you sure this isn't a problem with the Sora device directly?

 Audio Codec:  MP3, AAC, AAC+, eAAC, AMR-NB, AMR-WB, G.711, WMA 9/10 Pro
 Video playback Codec:  Firmware VGA at 30 fps (MP4/H.263)
                  720p decode for H.264
 
 
 The shutdown animation is using PNG, no required HW Codec.
