 ->Enter"Message"to create a message;
 ->MS received a new message,pull down the notification bar to read;
 ->The prompt screen display ugly.(ko)

 ->Should display normally.

This should be a input management issue or a window management issue.
Need to check why the keyboard was not dismissed when you clicked on the message notification.
