97515 - Address book Edit -> Delete Card sometimes grayed out

Reproducibility:  Sometimes  (Sorry, I wish I could do better.)
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the Address Book window.
2) Click on an address to select it.
3) Try to choose "Delete Card" from the Edit menu, or hit "del".

Results:
"Delete Card" is grayed out and unavailable; Delete key does nothing.

If you select a different address, "Delete Card" is still unavailable.  You can
clear this bug by closing the address book and opening it again.

This bug happens about 10% of the time.  I can't find any pattern to its
occurrence.  I realize this is a pretty lame bug report, but it's the best I can
do.  Hopefully others will have seen this.

Marking these all WORKSFORME sorry about lack of response but were very
overloaded here. Only reopen the bug if you can reproduce with the following steps:

1) Download the latest nightly (or 0.9.6 which should be out RSN)
2) Create a new profile
3) test the bug again

If it still occurs go ahead and reopen the bug. Again sorry about no response
were quite overloaded here and understaffed.
