When user successfully imports Facebook Contacts and on device screen to select contacts, the Deselect all button doesn't remove all selected contacts as expected. Sometimes, a few contacts are deselected. Sometimes, selections are added/checked. Sometimes, nothing happens. Other times, all selections are removed. (All examples are visible on attached video clip)

Repro Steps:
1) Updated buri to BuildID: 20140220040203
2) Tap Contacts App and the gear icon to sync friends (Facebook)
3) After import completes, select one or more friends
4) Select the Deselect all button

Actual:
Sometimes, a few contacts are deselected. Sometimes, selections are added. Sometimes, nothing happens. Other times, all selections are removed. 

Expected:
At all times, all selected contacts are deselected

This issue does not reproduce on Buri 1.3 Following the STR in Comment 0 the expected outcome of all selected contacts are deselected occurs

I'm also unable to repro on Buri 1.4 Mozilla RIL.  Tapping the Deselect All button causes all of the selected Facebook contacts to be unselected.  Resolving as Worksforme.
