Linux nightly 2001082908.
1. open http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/reports.cgi
2. <F9> to open sidebar
3. drag the sidebar splitter to make it a bit wider than normal
4. click on the arrow for the "Bug Counts" menu
Expected results: sane behavior
Actual results: the dropdown appears *well to the left* of the intended
location. It looks like maybe it is being rendered where it would have appeared
had the sidebar been hidden or non-existent.
I normally browse with the sidebar closed, so I tried opening it first (at an
odd size) and then going to the page. This worked, but when I adjusted the
splitter again (with the page still open) and opened the dropdown a 2nd time,
the symptom was displayed.
