Attachment: Logcat of Email Setup Page displaying unexpectedly

Initially accessing the camera app, user goes to the Gallery and selecting an image(s) to share with E-mail displays in an unexpected manner when E-mail has not been set up on device and user opts to cancel the process. The user still sees the display for E-mail setup briefly flash on screen before returning to the Gallery selection of image(s) page

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140221040202
2) Tap Camera app then tap gallery icon (bottom far left on screen)
3) Select any image(s) then choose the share with icon (middle icon of set of five icons at bottom)
4) Tap E-Mail and select cancel to the on screen message of “You are not set up to send or receive email. Would you like to do that now?”


Actual:
Briefly (less than 1 second) the E-mail setup page displays then the user returns to the Gallery image selected or if multiple images selected, the user returns to the Gallery list image page

Expected:
User returns to the Gallery image or Gallery image list page naturally without visualizing the E-mail setup page since user indicated to cancel by selecting the button

5. Confirm the net connection is working - Confirmed
6. The e-mail domain you used/are using to create the account - I was not trying to create an account
7. If this is not a problem creating the account, the account type the e-mail client thinks it is using - Email not setup on phone
8. A log of what was happening around the time the problem happened. Attached - EmailLogcat.txt

This issue does reproduce on Buri 1.3 Following the STR in Comment 0 the E-mail setup screen briefly appears before returning to the Gallery image or Gallery image list area.

This issue does reproduce on Buri 1.2 but at a different level. Following the STR in Comment 0 the E-mail setup screen displays but unlike Buri 1.4 and Buri 1.3, the user stays on the New Account page and does not return to the Gallery image or Gallery image list page.
