Steps to reproduce:

Geolocation is enabled, 
Phone connect to wifi and data is available.

run HERE Maps until Maps is loaded but it can not get my location and there is no fix icon in status bar.


Actual results:

HERE Maps can not get my location and there is no fix indicating icon


Expected results:

HERE Maps can get the location
