Steps to reproduce:

Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/noiascrollbars


Actual results:

Page on top states "50 user reviews". 
In the review average section are 42 + 9 = 51 reviews. 
The reviews section has a link "See all 50 user reviews" whereas the reviews page has 51 reviews.


Expected results:

The review count should have the correct count of reviews (51) (as in the review pages).

This affects a bunch of add-ons. 
Another example: https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/snip-me/ (14 vs. 12 reviews)

I was just taking a look at both of the linked cases and they seem to match up now (somehow). Can you confirm?
