Make sure the phone is locked. Actual results: Unable to answer. Touchscreen is being unresponsive and Call/Deny buttons are moved to the top of the screen but they are not working. Expected results: The user should be able to answer
Note: The issue is not always reproducing. I believe the most common scenario is when the phone is locked and right when the user is trying to unlock the phone, he receives a call.
Can you retest this and let us know if it is still reproducing? If yes, please state the new build. Thank you!

I can't reproduce this issue anymore, but on Keon device, build 1.4, commit info: 2014-03-03 64c27638, I cannot use answer/hung up buttons.This might be same cause as bug #979601 and #979804 on this build. It seems that couple of buttons are not working on this build.
Looks like we can close this bug? Can you confirm Marcela?
