97593 - Talkback doesn't initialize

This was installed using the mozilla-installer like previous builds.  It is
reporting a talkback error on mozilla startup.  When started manually, talkback
does start.  The one difference from a default mozilla install is selecting a
different install directory.
 
The startup messages are:
