The wireframes are attached to bug 972909. The latest visual designs will be attached to bug 945866 soon. :mkelly can help integrate this work into the new application.

A couple notes emerging from design review:

* At the top right, the link should probably be "Login" rather than "Join".
* We decided in meeting to move the stats down from the orange area to the Top Affiliates area.
* The "How it works" images are FPO, but we agreed they will be screenshots or mocked-up screenshots from those parts of the banner creation pages
