User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:30.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/30.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140224030203
Steps to reproduce:
1.) Set Firefox Nightly to not remember browsing, download, search or form history
2.) Navigate to a few pages, opening and closing tabs along the way
3.) Right-click any tab
4.) Click "Undo Close Tab"
Actual results:
Nothing happened.
Expected results:
When no last opened tab is cached, the button should be grayed out to indicate that it cannot be used.

This appears to have been part of a separate glitch altogether. After closing and re-opening the browser, Nightly began to remember last closed tabs again.
