Thunderbird templates are not working on SUMO after transferring from old SUMOMO.

e.g. in article https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reply-above-or-below-quoted-text and template https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/templateaccountsettings isn't working. Error note: "The template "accountsettings" does not exist or has no approved revision."
The templates didn't have the is_template column set to True. Triggering a save() on all of them fixes that. Now the KB is rebuilding and we should be good to go.
