We migrate items from the addons-bar. Seems a reasonable number of add-ons still put items in the statusbar placeholder - we should consider automatically migrating those to the navbar too (wrapping them in a <toolbaritem>).

Setting a low priority on this (P4-), because it's not clear this is actually really needed (which then implies it's kind of actually a wontfix -- because if we ship as-is with no great pain, we're not going to fix this in another release). But let's keep it on the radar for now. From talking with Gijs, it sounds like the main concerns are: * Could be a non-trivial amount of code to be writing very late in the game * Addons migrated this way are likely to not look very good (and perhaps even be broken) by unexpected styling/structure. * Some of these addons will likely be wide-widgets, which are generally suboptimal on Australis and we don't migrate to the navbar anyway.

Add-ons putting stuff on the statusbar thingy aren't supported anymore.
