In addition to settings panel UI work documented in 976612.
The UI for preferences when a user has to re-authenticate to sync should be updated with the following:
-remove focus ring around 'Forget this Email'
-make this copy smaller

Edouard, could you take a look at this? I think John just wanted the font smaller on the "forget" link. Please ask Ryan or John what would be appropriate.
