Details

STR:
1) Launch sync set up by menu->settings-Sync
2) hit the recent apps button
3) swipe away the settings activity
4) select fennec

Fennec will then crash. 

We may not expect users to swipe away the sync set up, but I could imagine them switching apps (like to email), have the set up get killed as a background app and then try to go back to fennec.
