97686 - Unable to open mutiple composer windows from status bar

Seen on Mac OS X (commercial trunk: 2001-08-30-05-trunk).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch the browser. (It occurs in both classic and modern themes)
2. Select View > Show/Hide > Status Bar
3. The status bar shows up on the left bottom of the browser.
4. Click on the icon that has 'little pen'.
5. The composer window is open, type something.
6. Repeat step# 4 again, it should let you open mutiple composer windows.

actual behavior: only one composer windows is opened.

you can open multiple composer windows if you click on the Composer
icon in the composer window.

but if you open the composer icon from the browser window, only
one composer window can be opened.

Sujay, it lets me to open mutiple browser windows from the status bar, therefore, 
I expect the same behavior that I could open mutiple composer windows from
the status bar too. The behavior is not consistent.

No, this is complete as designed. All modules act the same: 
If there isn't a window of that type open, a new one is created, otherwise
it always finds the most current window of a particular type (Browser, Composer,
Mail, etc.)
Use the "File | New" submenu or keyboard shortcuts to open new windows.
