977070 - Marketplace App can be installed even if it present by default - creates dupes

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Marketplace and search for Marketplace
2. Install app
3. Check the screen 

Actual results:
- App is installed and gets duplicated on homescreen
- Second have has default icon (rocket) 

Expected Results:
- The Marketplace app should be with installed status in Marketplace and you should be able to launch it not install it -this would create a loop so I think best would be to not have it present on Fx O S where it comes by default

Ioana has her region set to rest of World which would explain why that app shows up for her.

I think that's fine. Marketplace shows up only in Rest of World. If that's an issue, we need some way of secretly listing the app so only I/QA folks can find it. Our app (site) is an app, so it doesn't seem like listing it in the Marketplace is the worst thing. The reason the button state is not marked as "Launch" is because preloaded apps can't be detected (we had the same problem with HERE Maps); that's https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=850173
