Hi there,

Pete Scanlon has asked if I can post to the main blog as him while he is Barcelona this morning. I am able to post already but don't have this ability, please help urgently,

i have added pscanlon to our main blog and made him an author. he can login with his ldap credentials. copying a couple folks from pr so they're aware i made these changes.

if you draft the post, Pete will be able to change the author and publish it. he can do this by checking the box beside the draft and selecting "Quick Edit". in the quick edit window, there is an "Author" drop-down menu. 

in fact, since i am a global admin, i can probably update this for you if ping me when you're ready to post.

Pete just replied but is probably about to fall asleep. Will you be able to change the author if I draft the post now?

i probably won't be around much more this evening, is this something we can do first thing in the morning (pacific time) tomorrow?

understood. i provided my irc nick in comment 8 - cturra. for future reference, you'll see a [:NAME] beside most people's bugzilla name. NAME would be the nick they use in irc.
