Details

test16 crashes the browser under unix due to parent parameters being passed to
the create call confusing the widget code and makign it try and put the toplevel
window inside its parent which is a layout confusing the hell out of everything.

Okay, using Viewer on Linux, (yesterday evening's M8 build) with GFX widget mode
enabled, I've viewed test16, and it doesn't result in a Viewer crash.

Pavlov, is this sufficient? Or should I find out how to enable GFX widgets within
Apprunner...?
