From what I can tell, video & camera have the right prompt here. Music doesn't though.

Assuming video & camera are showing the correct prompt messages regarding Comment 5, the music app is displaying the correct prompt successfully.

The empty music prompt is currently displaying the following: "Add songs to get started - Load songs on to the memory card. "
