I suggest this bug to be fixed before 1.0 is out.
Reasons:
1. This is standart compliance bug.
2. This is ugly.
3. I think this is "easy to fix" bug.

requirements to the table-cell.

yep, there is one easy solution:

I think my testcase is better (simplier and more informative) then one in
130116. So I've move it there.
