Travis is way too slow right now, and we want more jobs (see bug 972408), but in the meantime we should disable the marionette_js_stable_check. It's not providing an equal amount of value as the tests take, and developers can always run large batches of tests when needed.

Comment on attachment 8382964 [details] [review] Github pull request Hey guys - travis is really killing us right now. It's currently backed up ~50 jobs. If Evan or a gaia owner could review this we can speed up travis. Thanks! I would like to re-enable these asap, but we need more hardware first.
