(Whiteboard: [translation])
In order to tell Firefox not to translate any pages, a checkbox needs to be added to the “Content” tab in the browser preferences, underneath the “Languages” heading. This checkbox should read: [X] Offer to translate pages written in other languages into my default language Acceptance Criteria: * Checkbox labeled “Offer to translate pages written in other languages into my default language” appears on Content pane in browser preferences * User can check or uncheck checkbox * Checkbox label text is localized to user’s default browser language

This was implemented together in bug 976574. Only difference is the string posted in the mockup there is different ("Translate Web Content"). The mockup there is newer so I assume that's the string to go. In any case, if it should be different it can be mentioned there.
