Description:
When the user opens the task manager / card view and taps on an app, the user will return to the homescreen before the app is reopened. This did not occur on 1.3. The app immediately reopened. 

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri to Build ID: 20140227040202
2)  Open a few apps on the phone. 
3)  Press and hold the "Home" button on the phone to access the card view / task manager.
4)  Tap on an app in the card view to reopen it and observe.

Actual:
The user is taken to the homescreen before the app is reopened.

Expected:
The app reopens immediately without going to the homescreen.

This issue does not occur on the Buri v 1.3.0 Mozilla RIL
