This is a minor annoyance, but if I have the simulator open and I'm connected to it with the App Manager and then I close the laptop lid, when I open it again later and go back to the App Manager it says that no device is connected and I should start a simulator or connect a device. I'm guessing that maybe the adb daemon has been killed or something like that. The solution is to close the running simulator copy and start it again from the App Manager.
I'm re-reading my comment, the adb mention doesn't make much sense since the simulator is not using adb... I'd expect! Sorry if that's the case, just ignore that part!
On Mac?
Yes, Mac 10.8.5 (still haven't upgraded to Mavericks...)
