Details
(Whiteboard: Burirun1.4-4)
When the user is importing contacts to the device from an outside source, they can view the list of contacts in order to choose which contacts they would like to import. However, no list is displayed if the user is importing contacts from a SIM Card. The device will simply copy every contact without giving the user an opportunity to choose.
Repro Steps:
*Prerequisite: Have multiple contacts stored on a SIM Card that have not been imported to the device.
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140227040202
2) Launch Contacts app and tap on the Settings gear.
3) Tap on 'Import Contacts' and select 'SIM card'.
Actual:
All contacts are imported from the SIM to the device.
Expected:
The user is able to browse a list of all contacts stored on the SIM card and choose which contacts to import.
Environmental Variables:
Device: Buri v1.3 Moz RIL
BuildID: 20140227040202
Gaia: 22d48b62df7901ad45044f66e15e7d8943884a06

Firmware Version: v1.2-device.cfg

This is not a bug.
Never been like that, import for SIM and import from SDCARD never have showed in advance the list of contacts to import.
The only import ways to show that list prior importing are Fb, Gmail and Outlook.
If we want that behavior we need to transform this into a feature request.
Cheers!

As Francisco has said in comment 2 there is not a bug, it could be a nice feature to have but for the time being it's not in comms roadmap .

A valid feature request is still valid to file.
