Details
We deprecated it in bug 661327 (Firefox 7), and Blink is removing support for it. I think we should too. OK with you, Boris?

I changed my mind, it seems like this breaks websites: <https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/forum/#!topic/blink-dev/8p-gwWL4ypc>. We should stop trusting the Chrome use counters. ;-)
