Details

The MDN dev team uses lots of bots to report status of builds and the like. These are great, but they can be verbose, and they spit a lot of content out into the dev channel, interrupting actual conversation. Let's consider moving them into their own channel so that they can be monitored by people that need the information without interfering with human discussions.
We'd like to keep them in the room.
