User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:27.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/27.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140212131424 Steps to reproduce: Referring to the attachment, these two sections within a black box border that I have made on it are those that I have issues with after filling up my updates in it. Actual results: Error Code (500) - Internal Server Error popped up upon saving my updates, in which after I both refreshed and turned back, my updates on those two particular sections are gone. Expected results: It is supposed to be able to saved like details that I have keyed in on the upper sections of the website.

you need not make this in mozilla-reps groups Hafiz. since this an issue with Reps Portal. Let me see whether its occurs me or not.

I got the 500 Error and the same has been reported by a couple of reps in the mailing list, think this is a common issue. Quick Fix (Reported by Tanner): Refresh the page and hit resend data, this will solve it ;).
This is because of "Migration of reps.mozilla.org to the generic cluster", kindly check bug[1] & mailing list thread[2] for more information :) [1] https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=964320 [2] https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/mozilla.reps.general/pvnjnovgTVY
>>The migration is scheduled to start Tuesday, March 3, 2014 at 13:30 UTC,and it should take 60 minutes. Ram as william mentioned the migration is scheduled to start only on 3rd March only, this definitely is not that. The Bug 978436 was filed a couple of minutes before this one so, some admin please mark this as duplicate of it.
This is not related to the migration, not directly at least. Migration is scheduled to happen on March 4th during a very specific timeframe, which I'll communicate beforehand. This is a IT related failure, tracked in 977508. Please as suggested in comment 2, retry to submit data on failure while we're trying to fix this one. Sorry for the trouble reps :(
