Display list dumps with framenames are significantly easier to read than those without. This makes those the default when we enable paint dumping (it wasn't the case for opt builds). I also made DidComputeVisibility available for paint dump builds, that let's us see the opaque region, as there doesn't seem to be any reason not to, and it'll probably be useful at some point.
