978550 - bookmark icon for "Give Feedback" is not in the correct hover state

For the new "Give Feedback" tile under bookmarks that was added in Bug #963688, the bookmark "star" icon will not appear in the correct state. Both "About Us" and "Get Involved" bookmark icons are appearing shaded but the "Give Feedback" icon is not.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Open fxmetro
2) Once opened, select the "Give Feeback" tile under the "Bookmarks" category
3) You'll notice that the bookmark "star" icon is not being displayed in the correct state
4) Go back to about:start and select either "About Us" or "Get Involved" under "Bookmarks", you'll notice that the icons are in the correct state (shaded)

Current Behavior:

- When you select "Give Feedback" under "Bookmarks", you'll notice that the bookmark "star" icon is in the incorrect state

Expected Behavior:

- When a user taps on "Give Feedback" under "Bookmarks", the bookmark "star" icon should be in the correct state (shaded in dark the same was as "About Us" and "Get Involved")

Found the issue using the following build:
