The comment area is the first thing we see when clicking on a bug report. As this is initially empty, it transports no essential information. Instead, we have to click at least once on the scrollbar to get the initial reporters line, which is annoying when clicking through a bunch of report. Please put this area at the end of all bug reports.
I would also like to have the "View Bug Activity | Format For Printing" links at the end as well as where they currently are.
i'm opposed to this. partly just to be opposed to it, and partly because there are times when i want to make a comment/take an action w/o waiting for a huge bug to load. case 1: I accidentally took the wrong action in a bug of any length. I start to load the bug, quickly pick my resolution changes, type an appology and commit. I can't do that if you make this change case 2: I need to Invalidate some very long stupid bug. So you're going to make me wait for the entire bug to load before I can take this action? case 3: it's a security bug and I need to change its privs *pronto*. Sorry I can't do that because i have to wait for the entire bug to load before i can make this change. Whoops.
I don't see this happening for the kind of reasons timeless states, so I'm resolving this WONTFIX. If you have an installation of your own you can edit the templates to do this now. If this refers to bugzilla.mozilla.org specifically, you could turn this into an installation-specific bug report by moving it to mozilla.org/Bugzilla: Other moz.org Issues, but I can see it being WONTFIXed there too.
