I will try to do a video tomorrow of the issue as it will be easier to explain it this way.

But this is basically the highlighting issue I'm seeing since a long time. It can result into clicks beeing dispatched to the wrong target as well.
Let's track this over in bug 973105? I put an explanation of what I think is happening in that bug.
