For most of the video |view activity| cases(like sms/email attachments and bluetooth transferred files.), users don't know what exactly they are going to open, also the current approach in gaia is unable to distinguish the received files contain both video and audio, or audio tracks only if we don't play/parse them, we can just use the mimetype to identify them roughly, so we use the video activity to open all the files that are identified as "video" type since the video element has the capability to play both video and audio files.

This introduces a new issue that, the users think the screen became black if they didn't notice the controls faded out after 250ms, we should add some indicator to let the users know, the video activity is playing an audio.
