Launch clock app and set an alarm

# Expected results:
After the alarm is set, an alarm icon appears in the status bar

# Actual results:
The alarm icon doesn't appear in the status bar. See screenshot attached.

Looks like it's a regression from bug 898354. We might want to backout that feature if it's causing blocking regressions.

This was caused by a mislabeled string value. Integration test now covers this.
