(Whiteboard: [bugday-20140310])
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:27.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/27.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140212131424
Steps to reproduce:
1. Opened a second firefox window
2. Turned off the navigation toolbar in the new window
3. Closed the second window
4. Clicked the downloads button in the first window's navigation toolbar
5. Turned the navigation toolbar back on
Actual results:
When the downloads button was clicked the navigation toolbar disappeared.
When the navigation toolbar was opened again, the downloads button was stuck in the down position and not working in the first window.
Expected results:
Navigation toolbar should not disappear when the downloads button is clicked.
Downloads button shouldn't break when the toolbar is reopened

This doesn't happen for me, at least in Firefox 28. Can you reproduce this in a new profile? (see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles )

I tried with a new profile and it still happened to me. I did notice that if I clicked the download button first the bug would not appear for that window. I'm currently using Firefox 27.0.1
