Given a complicated stroked <path> element, it would be really handy if one could use the mouse to go straight to a relevant SVGPathSeg object, rather than only to the <path> element itself.
Mind you, Firebug doesn't even do proper hit detection (I end up on the <circle> element if I try this there), so thanks for doing that at least :-).
