Regression: Dragging location bar to Windows desktop or folder doesn't create a
Shortcut (and no error dialog to indicate that something went wrong either.)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. load any URL
2. drag the location bar "handle" to the Windows desktop or a folder in Explorer.
ACTUAL RESULTS: all seems to go well during the Drag (I get the "create shortcut"
pointer) but when I Drop no Shortcut is created.
EXPECTED RESULTS: A Shortcut (or if this feature isn't implemented yet - an error
dialog telling me so).
PLATFORM and BUILD:
nightly build 2001-08-31-03 on Windows 98 SE.

Hmm, it doesn't seem to be as general as I thought. I can create a shortcut for
http://www.mozilla.org for example, but not for this bug report.
Is it the colon in the page title that is the problem?
