  1. Launch Camera app
  2. Switch to video mode
  3. Start recording video for 3~5 seconds -> Stop recording
  4. Back to Home
  5. Launch Video app
  6. Verify recording result

1.4 build buri seems to be ok for today's build.  1.3 buri seems busted.

verify the latest Nexus 5 build, camera app show black screen and no any function can work
still leave this bug open until there has any change
