Currently https://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/content/base/src/nsFrameLoader.cpp?rev=cdcdbc0df8bf#1074 supports only swapping
frameloaders with non-remote content.
Fixing it might become interesting if the puppet widget needs to be reparented
to another parent widget.
