The "get started" category sees barely any use in the AAQ, it also combines a number of completely unrelated issues into one bucket. On an unrelated note, we don't have an "other" category, so the user has to choose from the given topics even if he/she thinks that the problem doesn't belong into any of those. Since "get started" combines different kind of issues we could kill two birds with one stone, by changing those names. The "other" category should then be moved to the bottom of the list.
Are we just changing the label that is displayed during AAQ or is this a whole new topic altogether?

Keep in mind that the categories in the AAQ map to topics in the KB. What I think you want here is to create a new KB topic (maybe not even visible through the IA) called Other. It would be good to put articles in it as well, otherwise the AAQ flow will not flow as nicely.
This is only for the AAQ, it would still use the articles of the "get started" topic (at least for now). We'd also need to change the tag of course. Questions wouldn't be tagged as "get started" but as "other".
I don't want to start creating special cases here. I think we should do Comment 2.
Here is what we should do: 1- Create new topic called "Other" for the products it is needed in. It should have is_visible=False so it doesn't show up in the IA. 2- Remove "Get Started" topic from AAQ and add "Other" at the bottom of the list. 3- Go through the top 5 Get Started articles for each product and assign them to "Other" topic. 4- In the future, Other articles can be tweaked based on the questions that are asked. Does that work?
Kadir, you didn't mention what products this change is for?
I only see a "Learn the basics: get started" category for Firefox Desktop, Firefox Android and Thunderbird right now.
Ricky, I suggested that process, because it seemed easier to do. Let's use the one you proposed.

And yeah, I'm assuming this should be done for all projects that have some form of "get started" in the AAQ. Roland, let me know, if you don't want that for Firefox for mobile/Thunderbird.
