Description:
Test case 11220/11221 asks that I only enable microphone and not video which isn't an option as the user can only have one or the other.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140304040200
2) Open browser app
3) Go to http://apprtc.appspot.com
4) Observe pop up message

Actual:
User can only share both audio/video or neither.

Expected:
User is able to share/not share both seperately.

We technically don't support this yet, although desktop firefox & fx android currently does.
