I think we are going to point it to the next customize/flexible page we are building on mozilla.org for desktop.

Although, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/personalize-firefox-overview-customization-options could also be an option.

:jbertsch http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/desktop/customize/ gives me a 404. Is there another bug for creating that page that this one should be blocked by?
