Observed on helix. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open camera 2. Go to video mode 3. Tap record 4. Tap stop 5. On terminal: adb shell 6. ls /mnt/sdcard2/ You will see a new file there XXXXXXXXXXXXXX_tmp.3gp 7. ls /mnt/sdcard2/DCIM/10XMZLLA/VID_XXXX.3gp You will find two files with the same date and size. In my case: 424821 2014-03-04 12:22 /mnt/sdcard2/1393953729991_tmp.3gp 424821 2014-03-04 12:22 /mnt/sdcard2/DCIM/109MZLLA/VID_0002.3gp Tested on helix: Gaia 1b01fc6886f882391aadcb24d539bac8ddda1f02 Gecko https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/529b86b92b1d BuildID 20140304040200 Version 30.0a1 ro.build.version.incremental=eng.wanglei.20131212.005845 ro.build.date=Thu Dec 12 00:58:58 CST 2013

I'm aware this may have ONCE been a bug due to merge conflict in camera-new-features when we uplifted a patch that changed the way recorded videos are stored. I have just tested on Hamachi and Helix, on the mozilla/camera-new-features branch, and am unable to reproduce. This is no longer an issue.
