1. go into one and done admin 2. sign in 3. go to Tasks> Tasks Expected: 1) Filter should indent the subcategories. See the screenshot and look to the right column in the filter: 2) also allow for a hide/show subcategories icon (like a triangle that points to it and then down) Actual: see screenshot. areas are mixed with subareas on the same level.
As this is part of the Django Admin site, I don't believe we have the ability to edit the display. Have you seen the ability to indent on other products?

I don't know much about django. I looked up the admin ui django and found : https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.4/ref/contrib/admin/ which states that it is customizable; having said that I don't know the difficulty nor if the specific request is doable. In regards to the ability to indent on other products, are you referring to other django admin projects? If so, this is the only project that I have admin rights to, so at this time no, I have not seen the ability to indent.

Marking this as 'won't fix' as the display is due to django defaults which are more effort to change than the value would be worth. Also this screen will likely be updated with new versions of the product, hopefully making it easier to view & use.
