I've been lazy about cleaning up my IMAP folders on judge, and I am now at the level where periodically I am warned that I am at "92% of quota". That's fine. The odd thing is that I was using the browser and was typing in the urlbar when out of nowhere one of these alert dialogs came up, even though I didn't have any mailnews windows open, let alone in use. I assume it was biff that triggered this dialog, but it seems that it would be better to not propagate this warning up from biff. It's just confusing to a user to have a dialog come up to inform them of some event that is completely unrelated to what they are doing at the time (surprised me when I saw it). This, though, is a very minor bug, and I don't really expect it to be addressed for quite some time. Just for consideration.
